Respect Works training program

The Respect Works Training Program is designed to help jobsite leaders develop the skills they need to model and reinforce respectful workplace behavior on the jobsite every day.

Training is FREE to registered apprenticeship training agents in the State of Oregon.

Respect Works training for jobsite leaders

The program consists of four online self-paced training modules covering the core elements of a respectful workplace: Psychological Safety; Civility and Professionalism; Welcoming Workplaces; and Fairness for All. Each training takes 15-20 minutes to complete and includes supplementary learning resources.

The Respect Works competency checklist for jobsite leaders is a free tool organizations can use to assess their personal leadership competencies before beginning the Respect Works training. Use the checklist to help determine which training modules to prioritize and track your organization's over time.

  • Self-paced, online training that can be completed in 60 minutes

  • Evidence-based content developed by occupational health experts and leaders from the construction industry

  • Two-week behavior tracking tool designed to help track supportive supervisor behaviors to reinforce learning

  • Downloadable tools and resources
