Respect Works plan outline

This outline is intended to guide jobsite leaders through the development of a comprehensive and site-specific Respectful Workplace Plan. The purpose of this plan is to convert well-intended policies, values, and procedures into repeatable, measurable practices.

The outline below serves as a guide for jobsites to produce a plan that can be shared, referred to, and followed in a way that ensures respectful workplace practices remain consistent and objective. By providing clear expectations for all workers and ensuring the systems to maintain a respectful workplace climate are included in the project delivery process, psychological safety and respect on the jobsite become the norm.
